Ingredients

1 can black beans (unseasoned and low sodium)

1 sweet pepper (diced)

1 tbsp olive oil

dash of salt-free seasoning
Directions

Chop/dice sweet peppers
-
Add olive oil to pan
-
Add sweet peppers to the pan and sauté for 2 mins
-
Add the can of black beans with liquids, simmer for 5 mins or until fluids are reduced
-
Add a dash of salt free seasoning (optional) and stir
