  • 1 can black beans (unseasoned and low sodium)

  • 1 sweet pepper (diced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • dash of salt-free seasoning


  1. Chop/dice sweet peppers

  2. Add olive oil to pan

  3. Add sweet peppers to the pan and sauté for 2 mins

  4. Add the can of black beans with liquids, simmer for 5 mins or until fluids are reduced

  5. Add a dash of salt free seasoning (optional) and stir
