  • 2 cups of radishes, destemmed and cut in half

  • 1-2 tbsp of olive oil

  • Garlic (minced fresh garlic/garlic powder)

  • Parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400oF 

  2. Toss your radishes in olive oil and spices, then lay flat on a baking sheet, try not to crowd them.

  3. Roast them for about 20-30 minutes, until tender. If your radishes are bigger, they may take longer to cook. If you want them to cook faster, simply cut them up smaller.
